Our locally owned and operate business offers occupational therapy services tailored to individual needs. We focus on improving daily functioning and enhancing quality of life for clients of all ages.
Before we get started
A referral form is required so we can gather essential background information, determine service suitability, and prioritise referrals based on urgency. Providing this information upfront supports an efficient triage process and helps fast‑track the commencement of therapy for individuals needing timely support.
Before we get started
Before occupational therapy can begin, consent is required from the participant or client, or from a parent, guardian, or authorised decision-maker where appropriate. This is an important part of safe and ethical practice, as it helps ensure you understand the purpose of therapy, the proposed assessment or treatment, how your personal information may be used and shared, and your right to ask questions or make informed decisions about your care. Please download and complete the consent form and include it with your referral.
Hourly rate
This fee is inclusive of both face to face direct appointments, telehealth and non-direct services such as report writing, equipment prescription, home modification reports and treatment programs.
The National Summary of Supports at Home Prices December 2025 published by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing lists Occupational Therapy 1 hour service fee median average of $222 with the upper range around $255.
Fees are based on the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, published annually and effective from 1 July. These rates are a price cap and sit below reasonable market rates when compared with private, aged care, third-party compensation, and regional service costs. Participants with an active service agreement will receive at least 14 days’ written notice of any fee change.
Occupational therapy may be funded through the NDIS for people with a disability who have capacity building or maintenance supports included in their plan. Services can include functional capacity assessments, therapy, assistive technology and home modifications.
Older Australians who need support to continue living safely at home may be able to access occupational therapy for assessment, falls prevention, equipment recommendations, and functional support
This pathway may suit older people who would benefit from short-term (up to 16 weeks), goal-focused allied health support to improve function, independence, and confidence after illness, injury, or decline.
Funding may be available for older people who need equipment, accessibility solutions, or changes to the home environment, including occupational therapy assessments and recommendations.
People leaving hospital may be able to access short-term occupational therapy support to build independence, improve safety at home, and assist with equipment and functional retraining.
People with a chronic condition may be eligible for a limited number of allied health visits each calendar year when referred by their GP, subject to Medicare eligibility and referral requirements.
People recovering from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident may be able to access occupational therapy for rehabilitation, functional assessment, and equipment recommendations.
Some private health funds may provide rebates for occupational therapy services where extras cover applies, depending on the insurer and annual limits.
Employers may fund occupational therapy services such as ergonomic assessments, workplace recommendations, injury prevention strategies, and functional advice for staff
Clients can also choose to privately fund occupational therapy services, including assessments, therapy sessions, reports, and equipment advice.
